BARB MCEWEN
Barb's unique, practical and powerful strategies make her easy to talk to and she has a way of demystifying what it takes to become more effective. Barb is accustomed to coaching both high-potential individuals and those requiring new skills to help them enhance their leadership competencies. Her coaching deepens the client's awareness of his or her unique strengths as a foundation for improvement. She helps them to gain personal insight and to recognize the requirements of the organization in which they work. Barb capably leads her clients through a process of setting realistic goals and then demonstrates how to achieve those goals in common sense and practical terms. Her toolbox of sensible strategies guarantees success.

After a corporate career in general management and management consulting, Agno now coaches senior executives, business owners and their management teams on how best to lead the company to where they want it to be. His behavioral enhancement focus allows the leader’s perceptions to evolve through increased self-awareness while building upon what he or she does best to pull employees, peers, free agents and volunteers toward becoming comfortable with the language of personal responsibility and commitment. He has dedicated much of his coaching to executive women.

RANDI RASKIN NASH
Recognized as an exceptional leader, manager, change agent, and coach, Randi has over 25 years business experience in diverse and progressively expanded leadership and managerial roles. In these complex and demanding positions, held largely at a global financial services firm, she developed significant experience and expertise creating and executing business strategy, managing global operations, leading projects, facilitating change, developing people, building teams, and synthesizing information to deliver outstanding results. Now pursuing her passion for seeing people reach their fullest potential, Randi works as a coach and facilitator, applying her expertise and strengths to help individuals and organizations achieve success in the areas that matter most to them, particularly through times of change.

PHILLIP R. WALKER
Dr. Walker's background includes senior management experience over several years. He has served as Director of Diversity and Senior Consultant (Member of Senior Executive Services) with NASA Glen Research Center in Cleveland, Ohio. As social architect for a culture change project, New Leadership Strategy, he received special recognition from Vice-President Al Gore. His exemplary work became the national ''Model Workplace.'' He is listed in International Who's Who of Professionals.

SUE DOUGLAS
Sue Douglas is seasoned human resources professional, with a unique combination of Human Resources and business skills demonstrated by a career history that illustrates strong strategic HR direction and technical guidance. A strong collaborative leader with the proven ability to build highly-competent teams also known as a superior relationship manager, negotiator and consensus builder, with a talent for galvanizing teams and managers into execution and action. Characterized by a “bottom-line mentality” Sue’s business acumen, has enhanced her ability to move the HR role into business partner status. Over her career in various HR resource roles in private industry she demonstrated a focus on designing an in house HR role that served as a business partner to the organization – not as a cost center.
